Is School2All AI ERP free to start?
Yes — school registration is instant and free to get started. Click "Register Your School" and your account is ready immediately, no approval wait and no salesperson required. Super Admin can configure subscription plans, so check with your distributor or the platform for exact pricing tiers.
Do we need a distributor or can we register directly?
You can self-register directly from the homepage in a couple of minutes. There is also a separate Distributor/Partner program for people who want to onboard multiple schools and earn commission — this is optional, not required.
What modules are included?
Student Management, Attendance, Timetable, Examinations & Report Cards, Fee Collection & Accounting, Payroll, an AI Assistant plus AI Lesson Planner / Question Paper Generator / Attendance Analytics / Fee Prediction, a Website Builder, Student & Parent Portal, Library, Hostel, Transport, and SMS/WhatsApp/Email notifications — all included, not sold as separate add-ons.
Is our school data secure?
Each school's data is strictly scoped — teachers, staff, students, and parents only ever see data belonging to their own school, enforced at both the routing and query level. Sensitive modules like Accounting and Payroll are further restricted to the school owner (school admin) only.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes — the Student & Parent Portal lets parents view fee structures and payment history, and pay online via card, UPI, or net banking, with a downloadable GST invoice for every payment.
Does the platform support SMS/WhatsApp/Email notifications?
Yes. Schools can broadcast messages to students/parents/teachers/staff, and the platform automatically sends a few notifications on its own — a welcome message on registration, an absent-student alert to parents, notice board emails to staff, and a weekly fee-due reminder.
Is there a mobile app?
The web platform is fully responsive and works well on mobile browsers today. Dedicated Flutter mobile apps for Teachers, Students, Parents, and School Owners are on the roadmap.
