1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using School2All AI ERP ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who Can Use the Platform

The Platform is intended for use by schools and their authorized administrators, teachers, staff, students, and parents/guardians, as well as authorized distributor partners. Each account must be created and used only by the person or role it was issued to.

3. Account Registration

• Schools registering on the Platform must provide accurate, current information about the institution and its administrator.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Default passwords issued for teacher/staff/student/parent accounts should be changed after first login.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may be governed by a subscription plan configured by the platform operator. Online fee payments collected through the Platform's payment gateway are subject to applicable platform and gateway fees, disclosed at the time of transaction.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to access data belonging to another school, uploading unlawful or harmful content, interfering with the Platform's normal operation, or using the AI tools to generate content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

6. Student & Parent Data

Schools are the data controllers for the student and parent information they input into the Platform. The Platform acts as a data processor on the school's behalf and implements reasonable technical safeguards to keep each school's data isolated from other schools.

7. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (lesson plans, question papers, insights, chatbot responses, and similar) is provided as a drafting aid and should be reviewed by a qualified staff member before being relied upon or distributed to students/parents. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, and underlying software remain the property of the platform operator. Content you upload (school branding, student records, website content) remains your property.

9. Termination

Either party may discontinue use of the Platform at any time. The platform operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
